What do I do if my order is lost or stolen?

We recently started offering Guide Shipping Insurance! As long as you opt-in to insurance at checkout, your purchase will be 100% covered. 



To protect your purchase and to make sure you get your goods, shipping insurance is available for purchase and strongly encouraged. Rags cannot be responsible for replacing lost or stolen packages. 

If you purchased Guide and are now experiencing issues receiving your order, navigate to https://www.guidepro.io to file a claim. Once you submit your claim, a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email within 24 hours with next steps.
