What is your return policy?

General Policy

Any unworn, unwashed product, with tags still attached can be returned.

Items must be purchased directly from RAGS.com or an authorized retailer with proof of purchase

Returns must be submitted and product received back to us within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, store credit or exchange.

We do not accept used items but, we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements.

All sales are FINAL on Gift Cards, Pre-Orders, Grab Bags, site-wide sales (such as, but not limited to, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and Holiday-themed products such as Halloween, 4th of July, etc.) Please refer to the individual product detail page for any other exceptions

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and are happy to help you get your item returned for the right one! If you aren't happy with your purchase and would like a refund, we can provide a flat rate prepaid shipping label for $5.45 (per order). You can also exchange the product or receive store credit when going through our Returns Portal. 

International customers will need to ship items using their own shipping label.
