Making a return is super easy through our returns portal, here. Be sure to have your Order Number handy! You will then have the option to exchange, receive store credit, or a refund. Once approved, you will be sent a prepaid return label to your email. Please use this label to return your item(s) to us. Please be advised that returns for refunds will be subject to a $7.00 shipping and handling fee, per order.
If you opted for store credit, we will issue the store credit once your return has been scanned into USPS' system and is on its way to us!
If you opted for a refund, we will issue your refund once your return has been received and processed by our returns team. Please keep in mind this can take 5-7 business days once the return has been received.
If you opted for an instant exchange, we put a temporary hold on your credit card until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel). You will not be charged if your return is in the mail within 14 days of submitting.
If you opted for a standard exchange, we will send your new order once your return has been scanned into USPS' system and is on its way to us! Keep in mind that items can sell out before your exchange is processed.
The Returns Portal is not allowing me to make a return. Help!
The Returns Portal will not allow you to make a return for the following reasons:
- Item is past the 30-day return window
- Item is final sale (Holiday items, Black Friday, Grab Bag items, etc.)
- Tags have been removed from garment
