Can I exchange a product that I ordered?

Absolutely; as long as the item is not final sale or past our 30-day return policy. The easiest way to exchange your new, unused item is to initiate a return and select the item you would like in exchange. Keep in mind there are two types of exchanges. 

If you opt for an instant exchange, we put a temporary hold on your credit card until we receive your unwanted items (kind of like booking a hotel). You will not be charged if your return is in the mail within 14 days of submitting. 

If you opt for a standard exchange, we will send your new order once your return has been scanned into USPS' system and is on its way to us! Keep in mind that items can sell out before your exchange is processed. The sooner you return your item, the better (to avoid the risk of it selling out).
