We strive to ship all orders, both domestic and international, within 1-3 business days of purchase. (The package will leave our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase). For expedited shipping, orders with items in stock will ship no later than the following business day.
How do I know if the item(s) I ordered are in stock?
Each product description will include a fulfillment window. If items are in stock, that fulfillment window is 1-3 business days. If the item is not in stock, the fulfillment window will be stated.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information.
I think my order is lost. What do I do?
If you believe your order has been lost or misplaced, please file a claim with the respective courier to resolve the issue. You can also reach out to us at email@example.com and we can investigate further.
